BlockEcho processes personal data only as necessary to deliver our services and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data we collect
- Contact form submissions (name, email, company, message) — for replying to your enquiry.
- Server logs (IP, user agent) — kept for security; rotated within 30 days.
- Cookieless analytics — aggregate page-view counts only.
Data processors
- Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, DDoS protection (EU/US, with EU data residency where supported).
- Web3Forms — receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us by email.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — privacy-preserving bot challenge on the contact form (no cookies).
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email contact@blockecho.nl and we'll respond within one working day.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
